Sneaky, what if he's not of age?

@Michael, find a friend and talk to them, talking it out is the first step to recovering it. If you can't talk to a friend, parent, teacher, counselor or therapist.

D'aww bless.

But yeah, Wokka's right - talk to someone, text a friend, whatever. It'll help a lot.

If that isn't an option, read a book, or listen to some happy music (not what I posted above, that's unlikely to help :P).

Hey, think about the positive side in all your sadness, or cheer yourself up by finding funny and happy things to do... I had worser things happen to me, Michael... Like someone very close to me dead... I'm 'a stop talking about my sadness before it gets out of hand.
Here, watch this freakin' weird but cool Japanese music video that's composed of 2 guys from Canada. It's weird, but the song might cheer you up!

Humans are social animals talk to people.

Find a hobby, to distract your self with. Mine is minecraft.

Eat healthy, get good sleep. This will help mental health.

Do not drink alone or make big decisons whilst under an emotional spiral. Trust me on this one.

Cry. Let it out and crying is a healthy way to do this and can be done with out anyone knowing about it.

Keep a dairy and write in it. This can vent stress and also let you look at a situation with logic.

If worse comes to worse try anti-depresents. Easy to get from a doctor and work wonders, however is a short term fix to a long term problem.

Also dont get into the habit of lying. If you do it will become sub-concious and it will become a shit storm.

Oh yeah, I forgot, whenever you're depressed, WHATEVER you do, don't listen to this song.

It's from Sonic Unleashed, which I believe is ironic.

I always wanted to do Ninjitsu, but there's nowhere around here to do it.

I did Tae-Kwon-Do for a while, but it was too slow moving - doing the same thing week after week, even though most people could do it perfect after the first time.

Alright, alright.

There are many ways to cope with sadness. The internet is not a great place to get said advice (for instance, my advice in my first post should not be followed).

Talk to a person you can see. Family, friends, dog, whatever.

Everyone's lives will always have that unpleasant part and you're not the only one with issues going on.

Sounds like me. If your having a tough month (or few years) just try to spend a lot of time with the friends who respect you the most. It helped me through a shitty time to be around someone I had fun with doing stupid stuff.

I'm curious as to whether this sadness is coming from minecraft or real life.
