Droid Razr, because I can afford one, and find the email integration more straightforward than an iPhone.

Don't even get me started on how bad the Windows Phone 7 is :P

I've got a Samsung Fascinate. When I first got it it ran very well, now.. not so much. Not sure what happened but it's prone to shutting off randomly, failing to send or receive messages for hours at a time, and the battery life has gone to shit. I've always taken good care of it (dropped it one time), so no clue what the problem is.

I have an iPhone 4 S. Its fast and the retina display is gorgeous. I just can't stand the horrible battery life, blasted iOS.

I had similar problems for the last few months with my old Droid. By all indications, it was running out of memory. You might want to look into things like SDMaid (Downside - Needs a rooted phone), 1-Click Cleaner, or History Eraser. My ultimate solution was to take advantage of Verizon's "New every two" discount and get a Razr.

I've had the exact same issues with my phone, which is also a Samsung. That, and the battery lasts a max of 6 hours, even though I never even use it. Samsung sucks.
