You mean 140k.Wildwill002 wrote:We're 40k off gas giants and enhanced orbital units They're gonna need to think of more stretch goals because we're smoking through them. with 10 days to go, we might hit 2 mil.

Thank you again for all the continued support! We're really excited at the positive response to our current stretch goals. Before revealing our next stretch goal we want to act on a few of the suggestions the community has had.
First off, we are introducing two new tiers. At $90 we’ve created the Digital Tier that gives you everything from the $100 tier that is available in digital form. You get an alpha game access key, an alpha commander, the digital art book, and all of the previous rewards including the progenitor commander. Many of you have been asking for this tier as you don’t want to deal with physical items, but you still want alpha keys and commanders.
The second new tier is the $150 Planetary Tier. Anyone who backs at the $150 level and above will have their name immortalized in the planet naming system. Whenever a star system or planet is generated we automatically come up with names for the individual planets. Those names will be pulled from a list of the $150 and above tier supporters. When we send out the survey at the end of the Kickstarter we will be asking for the name you would prefer to use here. It can be a nickname or a real name as long as it’s not vulgar.
Everyone has been asking for t-shirt designs and we’re excited to finally reveal them. At the $100 tier you get a single t-shirt. You can add on as many as you want of the additional shirts by adding $30 to your pledge for each additional shirt. At the end of the Kickstarter you will receive a survey that allows you to specify types and sizes.
There's going to be a lot more than 9 units, lol.Wildwill002 wrote:For planets it'll be part of the random name generator. For units however... I dunno. Theres only 7 units gonna be named and, taking from there previous games, I'm gonna assume theres at least 3 unit types for each plain (Land air sea) and then again, the rockets could be classed as a unit sort of and even the asteroids you can throw at people since you can control them
:\ It seems with that stretch goal, they're just taking expected gameplay elements from the original game and "confirming" them with stretch goals. I mean, where did it say anywhere on the kickstarter game that battles would be limited to one planet? It goes against everything this game seems to be about.Aenir_bEPU wrote:We're over 1.3million, and they just announced the next stretch goal after Lava and Metal planets:

The Galactic War ($1.8mil)
WHY AREN'T YOU THROWING MONEY AT THIS GAME!?

Hi, I was curious if people would be able to donate to the game after the kickstarter finishes and if this would increase stretch goals. Also, if one has donated via kickstarter and then afterwards donates enough to get to the next reward added onto that original donation, would they get the next reward?

Also remember that they did say the paypal donations don't show up on the kickstarter page but they will be counted towards the stretch goals in the endJon Mavor wrote:If you want any of the particular rewards in the kickstarter I would try to contribute before it ends.
You don't seem to comprehend what Galactic War is about.Invunarble wrote::\ It seems with that stretch goal, they're just taking expected gameplay elements from the original game and "confirming" them with stretch goals. Plus, they added an extra $100k onto the donation goal from the regular pattern (As in, stretch goals are $200k apart each), and only six days left... I highly doubt it'll get that far.
But hey, miracles can happen, you never know.
And the reason it is an additional $100k is because it is such a massive feature compared to everything we've seen previously. This is really astronomical compared to "gas giants and enhanced orbital units".Clan wars servers for fighting the galactic war between clans

This is just... what the fuck.vallorn wrote:we got slightly better music and a documentary for Stretch Goals 5 and 6.
I think they ran out of ideas.
I actually like the idea of a documentary for it but that might just be the sad person I am. And a full orchestral soundtrack will make almost everything sound more awesomeLast update wrote:Hello Kickstarters!
It has been an amazing ride over the last month! We’ve heard you loud and clear and added many interesting elements to the game design with your help. Today it is time for us to announce the final stretch goals - goals that we think will make this game an unforgettable classic.
Full Orchestral Score - $2.0M
The absolute best way to make a game soundtrack come alive and stand the test of time is to record it using live musicians. We will record the soundtrack for the game using the Northwest Sinfonia, the same orchestra that performed the soundtracks for Total Annihilation, Halo, and many Hollywood film scores.
Orchestral recording is expensive and difficult to produce, but the layers of texture and overall quality of a live performance cannot be beat. We want to deliver the absolute highest quality game experience that we can and a world class orchestral score is truly something Uber.
Also, Howard says he will add +Sing to the game if we can reach this goal!
A Planetary Documentary - $2.1M
And finally we would love to create a documentary about the creation of the game. See inside the studio and get your deepest game development questions answered. This comprehensive documentary will reveal our production process from concept to completion, including design and technical meetings, art conceptualization, music production, as well as community interaction.
The story of Planetary Annihilation needs to be told. Very few games have had their story told from beginning to end and we have a unique opportunity to do that here.
Again, thanks to everyone for your support! We are looking forward to delivering an awesome experience.
