It has been a long and difficult road, but Masterbuilder is complete and we have found the finest builder on Escapecraft. Congratulations to Andrew_Dayton whos build came in third overall (I know, I know. That was mean ). For that he wins a month of Artisan. Second place is awarded to CaptainNemo3, he wins a month of Nobility.

Our champion is Comic_sans. All hail Comic_sans Masterbuilder of Escapecraft! Not only does he win a month of Royalty, he wins the highly covetted prize of the Masterbuilder designation in front of his name in game for one year. Be sure to congratulate him.

Thank you all for competing in this first year of what I hope to be an annual event. The builds were all extremely impressive and our Judges had a terrible time deciding the victor in each round. We have preserved the builds from every round and are currently deciding what to do with them. The winning build will be immortalized in the Big Build winners museum.

This marks the end of my run as Director of Events on the server. I have enjoyed doing this job very much and will continue to assist the new Director in bringing quality events to the server. Please congratulate Tyrasengineer whom I have selected as my replacement in this position and has my full faith and confidence.

As always keep an eye to the forums for future event information. For those of you that are not the building sort but more of the fighting sort this Saturday we will have a PVP Tournament. That should be a welcome change of pace after a month of building competition.

Well done Comic! Your builds were fantastic to look at, just when I was lurking around the arena.
Congratulations to the others as well, Andrew, I'm not surprised after you beat me in round one And Nemo, your builds have always been intricate and interesting.

Yep.

Comic built ruins in the first one, the cinema in the second, observatory in the third and finished off with a stack of game consoles.

yes I judged the first 2. the ruins were amazing, the cinema blew my mind, I missed the observatory round but I saw the consoles tower while it was under construction (And trolling you a bit)

I would like it noted that the announcement is missing Tanis as the honorable mention, he deserves just as much credit as the other 3 of us for his amazing builds. Also Inun, I have now officially avenged your loss to Tanis in the first round.

With regards to the winners I think it obvious that it was gonna be nemo or comic and I'm glad I didn't place a bet on that as it was just too close to call.

Also, that's a shame that Rock is retiring, normally retiring from a position means less activity but congrats to Tyras, can't wait to see how this turns out

Comic's name is gonna look odd for a bit, but yeah, congrats to him too, and everyone else. I definitely guessed that Cap would've won the big build, but i'm still glad for everyone.

I am not going anywhere. But yeah a little burnt out with events. Took my promotion to advisor as an opportunity. Tyras is going to be great.
