Escapecraft

Hey everyone. So, I haven't played minecraft in forever, and it looks like that trend is going to continue for a while. So, it's time I let my project go.

I've got a dome, 64 blocks in radius, built southwest of spawn in terra, that's just been sitting around for a while. I'm never gonna get around to finishing it, so I figured I'd let everyone know that it's there to do with as you like. It's a nice place, perfectly symmetrical (unless somebody messed with it), but kinda messy inside due to griefing.

If you go check it out and tell me what plans you have for the place, I'll formally give it to you, along with the contents of the chests in the area, which contain most of what I've collected during my time on the server.

If nobody wants to do anything with it, then I guess Flux might want to destroy it or port it off elsewhere, as it's kinda in the way of her Art Park.

Oh, and I guess this topic can serve as a "I'm leaving the server, goodbye everyone" thing, 'cause that's what's happening. It's been a great time, I've loved seeing everything change from Ver1 onwards, but Minecraft SMP just isn't doing it for me anymore. I may return in the far future, but it I do, I want to start from scratch.

I will miss you Fenriel, its an awsome template for a city you have built, I don't wish to destroy it, after all, it has taken you serveral versions to build your city perfectly. I don't mind where it is, all I want to see happen to it, is become a beautiful city, with a good leader. I'm sure someone wants it, but I don't wish to see this place demolished.

I'd be willing to work on it. My skylands project has worn me out anyways, and I need something new to do.

Yup what Wokka said is what's happening. I hope that whoever is given control is able to make something good out of the place, which is what I'm not quite capable of.

Kinda makes this thread a little pointless now, doesn't it....

In my random exploring, I stumbled upon the dome, and when I went inside I was simply awed at the sheer size and scale of it.

This simply needs to be viewed by people; I'd like to work on making this into a town/city so that people will see this, and perhaps be inspired to do some exploring of Terra and other worlds. Fenreil's work simply needs to get the recognition it deserves.

I understand its owned by CUT, but I'd like to buy it if there aren't any plans for the dome besides keeping it in its current state.

i was assigned to work on the renovation work Aenir. im still in preliminary stages of planning at the moment then i have to submit my plans to my superiors for their amusement editing before any work can begin.

rest assured we here at CUT would not let such a valuable asset go to waste when we can turn a profit from it instead.
