Might not be on for a while

Hey guys, just letting you know, I've had quite a few problems with my computer recently (completely wiped, and my external hard drive with everything backed up, decided to crash).

So, I don't have Minecraft, and I'm trying not to download anything that isn't absolutely necessary until I've sorted this all out.

If anyone wants the full story, feel free to reply and I'll type it up.

Basically, my external hard drive trolled me.

I honestly cannot be bothered to retype this all (sorry ), but here's what I posted somewhere else (with some censoring to accommodate rules) .

I'm extremely pissed.

Who? Why? What? When?

How?

Well, the answers will mind**** you.

Who - Nobody at all... Maybe my computer and external hard drive if they're alive...

Why - I'll get to that.

What - What what?

When - Right now.

How - Skunk has feelings too...

So I've had a pretty **** day.

I start the day, happy. Sure, it's a Monday, but it's still a good day.

I get on my computer. It gives me the blue screen of death.



I forget about it. I attempt to get back on later. More blue screen of death.



I go into safe mode. It works.



I backup everything to an external hard drive. I am told that it's royally ****ed and needs to be wiped. I expected this, so I'm not too angry.

I come back to pick up my computer a couple of hours later. It's all looking good.

I plug in my external hard drive to copy all my files over. It doesn't open at all.



With all my stuff gone, I'm ready to shoot someone.

I'm told the hard drive might be able to be fixed. The data of it might be able to be copied to another hard drive and back to my computer.

Best case scenario, I have my stuff back tomorrow.

Worst case, I have it back in 9001 years.

To top it all off, I lost my runners somewhere, lost my headset and cut my mouth somehow...

Nothing on the backup drive? That sounds very odd.....what did you do? Just copy files over, or did you actually use a program for it?

Not that you need my help anyways, sure you know what you are doing....

It's not that there was nothing on there, it just wouldn't open. Every time I tried, nothing happened.

Oh, and I checked again, after multiple attempts at recovery, I've lost it all.

Hooray! I'm back on after remembering I can play Beta in browser! Still working on getting the actual game, though it doesn't seem to run...
