Vallorn, you hit the nail on the head with that, Sneaky was intoxicated or something last night, and wouldn't help me test plugins, just spent 10 minutes talking about shadows until I muted him

btw, I still can't see any shadows, on windows or linux

The better lighting effects do make all the shadows and stuff really cool.

I'm especially impressed with the sand, it looks great! :D

Is 1.3 permenant as of now?

Also, wokka i had a problem last night with creeper explosion block drops
You can't pick them up
And in addition, they jitter liek they are in lava, sans fire

Oh gotcha, if it happens again, relog and see if that resolves it, if not, did you happen to be on an edge of a cuboid? You may not know this, but note the coords and a mod can check it out.

if you have a wooden sword you can right click a block to test for cuboids. comes in handy sometimes when you want to find out who owns a house but dont want to bother Mods.
