Bridges can be up to 30 blocks in length. You can figure out the right places to set the signs after a match, manually place dirt along those lines, then place the signs in the appropriate places to speed up reconstruction.

According to server rules, an individual cuboid lock is to be set on a building rather than an area. Unless you happen to have a megastructure (Imperial City, Gigapuddi, Alantis, etc.) The cuboid lock won't be all that big.

There's no point in attempting to replant anywhere even remotely near spawn, due to the aforementioned noobs. We can't really stop them from cutting them down, either, since you need to cut down a tree just to get started in this game. As for lighting the trees, that takes time and resources that mo...

And for those keeping track, this topic is why TNT is currently banned. At least we figured this one out before the griefers did. Still, it is a lot for griefers to go through to do some damage. They would have needed to: - Play for 35 hours to gain access to TNT (difficult, but as the Mill City inc...

The only explosions that won't resolve as normal are creeper blasts. This was set up to prevent griefers from kiting and setting off creepers in cuboided areas.

Just a note that the first recording is now uploading to the Dropbox. A lot of the recent drama is dealt with, so it may find it worth listening to. Here's how this is going to work, assuming Sneaky agrees. Questions will be able to be asked in the text chat (Hit the chat button on the right-hand side of the Vent window). Only the mod team will have the ability to speak. For the benefit of the users who will be listening to the recorded version,...

There is a record function built in to Vent.
I'll try to be there to act as moderator. There are ways of setting up a channel so that high-ranked users (ie. the mod team) get priority when speaking.

I also have a trap for griefers. At the entrance to every town, have a decoy house made of rare mats-brick, mossy cobble, maybe some gold. On the outside of the home have signs: "Do Not Enter unless invited" "Do not tresspass" "Do not steal from the chest" If they do enter, you could have a pit of ...
